Basically oats have a unique sour taste which makes some people to dislike them.so to overcome this taste here i am presenting a milkshake recipe of oats which turns it to be yum😋.
REQUIRED INGREDIENTS:
1.Oats {25 grams}
2.Chilled Milk {100 ml}
3.Almonds {5 to 6 nuts}
4.Boost {15 grams}
5.Sugar {1 to 2 tablespoons}
MEASURING TIPS:
- People who feel uncomfortable in measuring quantities can use a small cup with which we can take the same quantities of oats and chilled milk.
- small packet of boost weighs 15 grams.so we can use a single small packet boost for making this drink.
PREPARATION PROCESS:
- Take the oats in a mixer and add almonds ,sugar to it.Grind them in the mixer to powdered form.
- Now add boost to the powdered oats.Grind it once again.
The added quantities of almonds and boost make this milkshake a protein filled nutritious drink.
